The Buyer has the right to reject the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer or a third party specified by the Buyer.
After receiving the goods, the Buyer is responsible for keeping the quality and safety of the goods within the period of exercise of the rejection right. In order to exercise the right to return the goods, the goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original form (with undamaged and attached labels, protective films, etc.).
The Buyer cannot exercise the rejection right if:
- the Buyer purchased food additives requiring certain storage conditions (limitation of humidity, light, temperature, etc.);
- the Buyer has opened the original packaging of the goods or if the packaging or goods are damaged.
In order to return the purchased goods, the Buyer must fill out the Rejection Report, and send the Rejection Report via
Calpton will notify the Buyer of the receipt of the Rejection Report and will advise the Buyer of the decision or the time it will take to make a decision.
The Buyer must return the goods to Calpton immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date when the completed Rejection Report was sent to Calpton, by sending the goods by courier to the following address: Lāčplēša iela 87, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvija.
The costs related to the goods return are carried out by the Buyer.
Calpton will reimburse the payments received from the Buyer to the Buyer, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred by the Buyer due to the choice of a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by Calpton) within 14 days of meeting both conditions: the receipt of the Rejection Report completed by the Buyer (termination of the Contract) by Calpton and the receipt of the goods by Calpton which the Buyer rejects. Calpton returns the specified amount by transfer to the Buyer's bank account.
Calpton has the right to withhold refunds until the Buyer has received the goods that the Buyer wishes to reject, and not to make a refund if any of the conditions above are present, when the Buyer is unable to exercise the rejection right.
